I drew this out by hand on my whiteboard (obviously) to reference it. Used the tiles for Betrayal at the House on the Hill, then moved them around a little. This is the first floor/ ground level. And here's the second. I don't think I drew the third.

I make reference to them all the time in the books, but haven't ever paid anyone to really do anything with it. So here's the cheatsheet I use, which I made with the most rudimentary of tools.
